Shuffleboard Refinishing
Here are some pictures of Bryan Edinger's refinishing project.
I recently built a 14' shuffleboard table out of a retired bowling alley lane. I constructed the cradle and legs out of solid oak. I designed it in my head as I went along. I poured an Envirotex Lite epoxy surface, I dammed the sides with masking tape (WOULD NOT RECOMMEND-- it had a lip around the side where the polymer met the tape and created a bumper for pucks which I had to sand down.
It plays perfectly, self-leveling epoxy is the way to go!
I went with a Mizzou theme of course. Thanks to ZieglerWorld for all of the products and information on the website. All of the other posted projects served as an inspiration and guide.
